Today is the first year anniversary of the Calgary Figure Model Guild’s creation and introduction to the general public, and thanks to the internet, the world.  In this time the Guild has grown with new and existing models, and also figure drawing classes, groups and artists.  Many articles have been published about figure modeling, links and tips.  In this time, nearly 14,000 people (13,857) around the world, from 64 different countries, have discovered us, read the articles and hopefully come away with a greater understanding about being a figure model, how to find work, and also create new relationships.  10,026 of the 13,857 people that have visited the site are from Canada, and that is a wonderful accomplishment.
